What is the warranty period for your products?
We use the best materials and solid engineering so our products will last for years. Most of our sensor pumps and trash cans come with a 5-year or 10-year warranty, depending on the specific model.
How do I find the correct custom fit liner for my trash can?
Each of our trash cans features a color-coded letter on the inside of the lid or the liner pocket. Simply match that letter to the letter on our liner packs for a perfect, no-slip fit.
What is your return policy?
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your item within 45 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be in their original packaging and in new condition.
How do I troubleshoot my sensor pump if it stops dispensing?
First, ensure the sensor lens is clean and the unit is fully charged or has fresh batteries. If it is still not dispensing, try using the cleaning tool provided or running warm water through the pump to clear any soap clogs.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, we offer free ground shipping on all orders over $49 within the contiguous United States. Members of our rewards program may also qualify for additional shipping benefits.
How do I clean stainless steel surfaces?
Our stainless steel products feature an invisible fingerprint-proof coating. To clean, simply use a soft cloth with warm water or a mild stainless steel cleaner. Avoid abrasive pads or harsh chemicals that could strip the coating.
