Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to locate your purchase and select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Download and print the prepaid UPS shipping label provided at the end of the return request process to ensure tracked and insured delivery.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging and secure the box with tape, ensuring the new shipping label is clearly visible on the outside.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop off your package at any authorized UPS location; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
